I recently installed views_fastsearch-5.x-2.0 on a Drupal 5.7 site and immediately after clicking submit tried to access /admin/build/views to configure a view. I was redirected to my login screen and when I tried to access the views page through Administer>>Site Buidling>>Views, the link to views no longer existed with the ones to Block, Modules, Themes, etc. I thought maybe there was some kind of access I needed to enable, but found that there was no longer a link under User Management to configure access controls and /admin/user/access took me to the login screen as well.
I went through the steps found in the release notes for views_fastsearch at http://drupal.org/node/166390 for modifying the database and applying patch 143888 thinking there was something extra there that would enable access but it did not help.
Has anyone else experienced this problem, or have an idea of how I might resolve it?
